Summit Hut

Currently closed for the summer season.

The Summit Hut sits at the very top of Panorama Mountain. Open daily between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., stop at the Summit to warm up before tackling the deep of Taynton Bowl. Try a smokie and finish off with one of the biggest brownies around.

Once the lift closes, the Summit Huts famous après ski fondue is an experience you won't soon forget. Intimate atmosphere, stunning views, and delicious food are yours to savour. Located at the top of Panorama Mountain, the Summit Hut offers Traditional Cheese Fondue, Tender Beef and Shellfish (in broth), Chocolate Fondue, and a 4-course Gourmet Dinner.

Bring family and friends (between 8 and 30 people) - you'll have the whole mountain to yourselves. Sit with a glass of B.C. Wine, watch the sun set, and then click into your skis for a guided run back down to the village below.

 

Traditional Cheese Fondue

Traditional 3 cheese blend served with baby potatoes, roasted garlic, baguette, and fresh fruit. Finish it off with the finest chocolate fondue served with fresh fruit.

  • 2 hours - $40 per person plus tax

Beef, Seafood, and Vegetable Fondue

Tender beef, prawns, scallops, and assorted veggies in a homemade broth. Finish it off with the finest chocolate fondue served with fresh fruit.

  • 2 hours - $60 per person plus tax

3-Course Fondue

Traditional cheese fondue, tender beef and shellfish (in broth), and the finest chocolate fondue to finish it off.

  • 3 hours - $80 per person plus tax

Ray's Gourmet Dinner

A 4-course meal prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.
